Meridian Greater Poland Terms of Service

General rules for using the website

Meridian Greater Poland is a consulting firm based in Poznań at ul. Półwiejska 42. Dariusz Głowacki founded this office in September 2017 to help farmers fight bureaucracy. This website is used to present our services and contact clients. By using the website, you accept these simple rules. We do not use difficult language because we respect your time and concrete work. Remember that the content published here is for informational purposes. It is not a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. We know the land and the numbers, so we value each collaboration individually after checking your NIP (Tax ID) number.

We operate mainly in Greater Poland, but we serve farms from all over the country. We protect your privacy and care about the security of the transmitted data. If you do not agree with our terms, please leave the site. All materials, photos, and texts on this site are our property. Since 2017, we have been building a brand based on trust and reliability, so we ask for honest use of our calculators and forms.

How we provide our consulting services

Our work consists of preparing documentation for ARiMR and implementing certificates such as GlobalGAP or ISO 22000. We always start cooperation with a preliminary analysis of the chances for a subsidy. It costs 1,930 PLN and avoids writing applications that have no chance of passing. If we see that a project will fail at the office, we will tell you straight. You will get facts, not promises. In 2024, our effectiveness was 94.6%, which results from a very thorough verification of documents at the start.

We do not take percentages of granted subsidies that you would not have known about before. We use clear rates for preparing specific binders of documentation. Most certification projects are closed within 13–21 business days. We watch the deadlines for you so you can take care of food production. We accept payments for our services by bank transfer after completing a specific stage of work. Invoices are issued on time, in accordance with the provisions of the consulting agreement.

Your obligations as a client

Precision counts in agribusiness. In order for us to effectively complete a farm modernization application, you must provide us with reliable data. We need your invoices, extracts from the land registry, and real information about your income. If you provide us with incorrect numbers, you risk the application being rejected by officials in Poznań. We check the documents formally, but you are responsible for their content. Please provide missing attachments within 3 business days of our request.

We respect your time, especially during the harvest season. That is why we handle most matters based on a power of attorney. However, you must be available by phone in case of urgent questions from the agency. If you change your mind about the investment while the project is being written, inform us immediately. We will then avoid unnecessary work on documents that will not reach the office anyway. Good communication is the basis of our 147 successfully completed projects.

Liability and lack of profit guarantee

We guarantee that we will prepare your papers with the utmost care, in accordance with current EU guidelines. However, the final decision on the granting of funds always belongs to ARiMR or another state institution. We are not responsible for sudden changes in regulations that come into force during the intake. If an application is rejected due to an official error, we write an effective appeal at no additional cost. In this way, in February 2024, we saved 154,000 PLN in subsidies for one of our Greater Poland clients.

In the case of GlobalGAP certification, we prepare you for the audit so that you pass it the first time. However, we are not responsible for hygiene deficiencies that the inspector finds on site on the day of the inspection. Our internal audits usually last from 13 to 21 days and are aimed at catching errors before the commission arrives. We are not liable for damages resulting from your business decisions based on our estimates from the ROI calculator.

Dispute resolution and law

We try to resolve all disputes amicably first. We then invite you to a meeting at Półwiejska in Poznań to clarify the situation. If we do not reach an agreement, the matter will be settled by the court competent for the seat of Meridian Greater Poland in Poznań. We apply Polish law exclusively. Our terms are short and clear because we focus on honest relationships with the people of the land. Since November 2017, we have been watching deadlines and audits, making sure that each party knows where they stand.

If you have questions about these provisions, write to us at biuro@meridian-wielkopolska.pl. You can also ask to speak with Mariusz or Beata from our team. We respond in an average of 2 hours and 15 minutes. The terms may change, which we will inform you about on this subpage. Changes do not apply to projects that are already in progress. We operate transparently because in our industry, the neighbor's opinion counts most.
